Kathleen L. Killoy, Esq.
Kathleen L. Killoy is both a licensed real estate broker and a licensed attorney in New Mexico and Massachusetts. She practices predominantly in Santa Fe, New Mexico. A native New Englander, Kathleen graduated from Brown University with a degree in Psychology and later earned her Juris Doctor and a Masters in Environmental Law & Policy from Vermont Law School, graduating in 2008. There she had the privilege of being an editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law.
Kathleen spent many years as a litigator in Boston, focusing primarily on mass torts, insurance defense, and products liability matters for both local and national clients. Additionally, she practiced in the areas of real estate, land use, and zoning on Nantucket Island. It was her work there that first sparked her interest in all things real estate. Upon relocating to New Mexico in 2017, Kathleen obtained her real estate license and has been working with buyers and sellers in and around Santa Fe. She was later sworn into the New Mexico bar and has been practicing almost exclusively in real estate matters, trusts and estates, and small business formation.
Kathleen prides herself on her open and honest communication, her sincere interest in what’s important to her clients, and her highly responsive nature. She is incredibly grateful that she is in a position to help her clients with such important life decisions and treats them all with the respect and attention they deserve. She also loves being a position to serve clients as a real estate broker as well and enjoys being able to fill the void between buying a home and everything else that home ownership entails.
Kathleen is a proud member of WealthCounsel, a national Estate Planning network, and the Santa Fe Estate Planning Council. She is also a proud member of Sotheby's International Realty in Santa Fe.
